Peephole

Privacy

Last updated 5 October 2026

The short version: no cookies, no ads, no tracking across other sites. If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address to tell you once when Peephole is ready, and you can remove it at any time.

Who runs this site

peepholed.app is run by Daniel Shneyder. For anything about your data, write to hello@peepholed.app.

The waitlist

The bot check on the form

When you use the waitlist form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person and not a bot. To do that, Cloudflare processes signals such as your IP address, your browser's user agent and its TLS fingerprint, and uses them only to detect bots. We receive a pass or a fail, nothing more. Details are in Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.

Visitor statistics

We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, without cookies and without storing anything in your browser. It builds no profile of you, and your IP address is discarded rather than stored. We count page views and a few clicks: waitlist sign-ups, the "Get notified" buttons and answers in the alert demo. If your browser blocks it, that is fine: we do not work around blockers.

Hosting and logs

Cloudflare serves this site. Requests to the waitlist service are recorded in Cloudflare's Workers logs for 7 days so we can find errors. These records include technical request details, which may include your IP address, but never your email address. Pages and images are served without these records.

Everything else on the page

Fonts, images and scripts all come from peepholed.app itself. The only exceptions are the bot check (Cloudflare) and the visitor statistics (PostHog).

Your rights
